Extremely disappointed by @flyjinnah poor service.Had my ticket cancelled arbitrarily,without any reason or warning.Found out at the airport desk that my ticket is cancelled even though payment was deducted from my account.Don’t over book &conveniently cancel solo passengers!

@flyjinnah 28-03-26, flight 9P841 from LHE to KHI was scheduled for 7:05 AM. However, upon arrival at the airport, passengers were informed of a 2.5-hour delay, which was communicated without prior notification via text or email. This represents a significant lapse in service.

@flyjinnah I booked return flight PNR#4UXPUY for 18 March from DMM to LHE.I decided to cancel flight from flyjinnah website which ended up with no result email/sms. A registered complaint a week ago not responded. Kindly let me know flight status and when will receive my refund.
