Try: 1) Open in incognito/private mode 2) Disable ad blockers & browser extensions 3) Check if your antivirus/firewall is blocking it 4) Clear browser cache & cookies. An update on Japan phone numbers: Due to a recent increase in fraud, Japanese carriers have suspended local number provisioning for services outside Japan. As a result, Japan numbers are temporarily unavailable on FlyNumber. In 14 years, we've only seen this happen a couple of times—and never with a market like Japan. We understand this is frustrating for customers who rely on these numbers. We're monitoring the situation and hope to bring Japan numbers back as soon as carriers resume service. Starting Jan 5th all US numbers will incur a .01 charge for incoming SMS (will come our of your prepaid). Most of the reasoning behind this is due to controlling spam at the carrier level. Other [country] numbers that have SMS enabled are not effected.

Starting November 19, 2025, outbound calls to Italy will not be allowed if the Caller ID (CLI) is an Italian mobile number. This is due to new regulations in Italy (AGCOM). To ensure your calls continue without interruption, please set your CLI to an Italian geographic (landline) number when calling Italy.
