As a kid growing up, I’ve cheered for @Arsenal as long as I can remember. If KSE would like to sell Arsenal I'd be happy to throw my hat in the ring.

If you try to unblock the ship, you just provide an incentive to build even bigger ships that will create the same problem eventually. Best to just leave it there, allow global trade fail and let the free market be. In the long run we are all dead anyway.
