@WinterOfTheSoul Wanna know the weird part of this? I felt like it's really the latter (someone took things too seriously). I agree because the PH still has a culture of even minors (mostly teenagers) joining in drinking sessions. Hell, I got drunk at the age of 3 by accident.

Never forget that despite G Gundam getting a 3 minute long video, it still had a lot of representation throughout media, with cameos, references and a bigger vocal fanbase. X does not get anything in comparison. Let that sink in.

@1mhereforcorn It wasn't just Gundam fatigue. It was the same period that mecha fatigue started being heavy. Lots of bangers were done in this period, but few like Gundam X were kind of left in the corner for a long time with lack of expansion.

@FlywheelKnot It is sad that After War was made at the peak of Gundam fatigued and it found its niche audience way later after the broadcast
