Let me preface this by saying it’s a massive longshot and is +2200 for a reason. BOTH PRESEASON TD’s ARE IN THE THREAD BELOW. Now that I’ve got that out of the way, here’s why I like the value here. Theo has not played a snap in the NFL in his career outside of preseason. During preseason AND throughout camp, Ewers & Wease showed great rapport together. Ewers had two passing TD’s in preseason. BOTH TD’s were to Theo Wease. Now, in Ewers first NFL start the Dolphins decided to elevate Wease to the active roster for the first time this season. Their WR core is already horrible with Hill out. They are eliminated from playoffs. I absolutely see this as an opportunity for Ewers to work with a player he has chemistry with. He could end up playing 0 snaps for all I know. They have a connection and this Bengals defense is Swiss cheese. I’ll take a stab.
