@btbusinesscare can someone please call me ASAP to discuss the issues I am still having with my line? I cannot go through the process of being on the phone being transferred for over 1 again.

@btbusinesscare @bt_uk day 22 of my business line being down. Another 4 day deadline passes, in which BT said the issue would be solved! How is this customer care acceptable? This is extremely damaging to a small business!!

@btbusinesscare day 21 of my business line being down!! It's almost beggars belief that a mistake from the BT side has caused this yet they cannot solve the issue within 3 weeks! A small business has now suffered because of a mistake and inability to act quickly.

@btbusinesscare can someone contact me urgently. My business phone line has been down for 10 days, getting nowhere faults department. 4 managers have said they will call to solve the issue they have not, losing business. Unacceptable levels of customer service.
