Nanocoder 1.25.0 is out.
Subagents, yolo mode, modular prompt architecture, plan mode that actually enforces read-only — big release from the team.
This is what sovereign AI tooling looks like in practice. Local, open, no lock-in.

@kwasi_stackbtc From someone who was in the room, I’d be interested to hear why Bitcoin was never part of the conversation?
English

Thank you for the warm welcome into the Bitcoin army.
I’m Kwasi Kwarteng, I’ve got a PhD in economic history, 14 years as MP for Spelthorne, and formerly UK Chancellor of the Exchequer.
I’ll be honest: in my time in government, Bitcoin wasn’t even part of the conversation at national level. That was a mistake — one I intend to help correct.
I’m now Executive Chairman of a BTC treasury and I’m here because I believe Bitcoin will fundamentally reshape the global financial system. My background is in studying exactly these kinds of monetary transitions, and this one is real.
Looking forward to the conversation.

I believe decentralisation is the single most important feature any blockchain can have. Without it you don’t have a true blockchain at all, just a database dressed up with clever marketing. For me it’s what separates the projects that will actually stand the test of time from those that quietly hand power back to the same old gatekeepers that are now using blockchain technology as a narrative in an attempt to retain control.
Centralised systems have always been easy targets for political pressure. A handful of validators, a core team or a few large nodes can be leaned on by governments or powerful interests, and suddenly the rules change overnight. Transactions get censored, users get blacklisted, upgrades get steered toward special interests. We’ve seen it across the industry time and again. Cardano was designed from the very beginning to resist exactly that kind of capture. With thousands of independent stake pools spread across the world, operating under different jurisdictions and with different incentives, no single government or corporation can dictate the direction of the chain. The network lives beyond borders, beyond politics, beyond any one set of rules imposed from above.
That same distribution of power is what keeps real control where it belongs. In too many blockchains the future is decided by a small group of insiders, venture funds or a foundation that can push changes with little accountability. Cardano does the opposite. Its proof-of-stake design encourages widespread participation right from the start. Regular staking rewards, low barriers to entry and genuine on-chain governance put the decisions in the hands of the people who actually hold the ADA, they are what I consider the stakeholders of the blockchain. The cost of collusion or manipulation becomes prohibitively high because power is genuinely spread out rather than concentrated in a few hands.
And then there’s security. Real security doesn’t come from a handful of massive data centres or permissioned validator sets that have the same extractions interests. It comes from true distribution, thousands of independent nodes running in different countries, under different regulations, with operators who have nothing in common except the shared incentive to keep the ledger honest and operational. That’s what makes the network antifragile. When one region faces outages, attacks or political interference, the rest keeps it running. It's business as usual over here. Cardano’s focus on pool diversity, sustainable token economics and formal verification has created one of the most robust systems out there, proven through nearly 9 years of uninterrupted operation and growing adoption.
Cardano refused to take shortcuts, it could of, Instead It chose the harder, more principled path because the goal was always about building something that can truly serve people everywhere without gatekeepers or single points of failure. That combination of resilience, fairness and long-term thinking is why decentralisation matters so deeply to me. It protects freedom, innovation and opportunity on a global scale.
Cardano continues to show the world what genuine decentralisation actually looks like every single day.
Power to the people.

@CedYoungelman New follower…nice to meet you sir 🫡

Outstanding . Seems like stable coins = CBDCs since sanctionable. Got Bitcoin?

We launched @UseWhisperAI an on-device AI last year…the future for Sovereign AI is partly solved with on-device but the whole stack needs to be considered for decentralised AI:
1. On-device AI for ultimate privacy.
2. Decentralised compute for heavy lifting.
3. Model training.
We’re also working on obfuscation for those who still want to use frontier models but care about their privacy.

I set up open claw on a Mac-mini about a month ago and after a week of using it and spending too much i deleted it.
Too much spending .
Too many hallucinations
Too many problems
Also, everything I did went right back to the cloud LLM.
Today I used Gemma 4 local LLM only.
No cloud LLM tracking.
No cloud token LLM spend
Hopefully less problems. I also put it on my iPhone.
Imagine that - A.I. on your devices with no internet needed. Crazy.

Definitely Dave 👊
building in the background…focused on the private sovereign ai stack as multiple layers are required for private ai…not there yet with crypto rails but slowly putting the jigsaw peaces together.
There’s going to be an incredible symbiosis with ai and blockchain and Cardano (or maybe Midnight now) will be where I’d like to call home…the ethos of Cardano is exactly how I think about AI and how we want to avoid it being captured by centralised systems.
If you’re a developer you might find what we’re doing both helpful and interesting. It’s great to connect Dave and if you want to join our sovereign ai movement, feel free to join us 🙌

@ItsDave_ADA Such a shame Catalyst Fund 15 was stopped…but let’s hope it was for the best long term 👍

The real talent is still in Cardano and We WILL and SHOULD invest in this talent.
Let's open up new opportunities for all, and together push Cardano forwards, in all directions. Instead of funding a particular set of developers constantly we will open up opportunities to every developer across the world who has an idea and wants to build on Cardano.
English

Another big step forward. On-device for full privacy. Cloud for maximum capability. The choice is yours — and now you can switch mid-conversation.
Whisper • AI@UseWhisperAI
Biggest update yet for Whisper AI: 🎙 Audio — record, transcribe and chat with your conversations. On-device. 🖼 Images — ask questions about what you see. 🤗Hugging Face — search and download models directly in app. 🔀 Multi-provider — Apple Intelligence, ChatGPT, Open Router and more. Switch between models mid-conversation. Some features require newer devices. Older hardware still gets a fully private AI assistant.
English

@ItsDave_ADA Totally agree…but we do need to move to real world utility as well. The infrastructure is there, now we can think about building on top and thinking about that utility.
English

ADA has dropped to position 12 by market cap.
I am still confident.
Because while price has weakened, the underlying progress continues and Cardano is experiencing growth, interopability and scalability advancements.
Bitcoin DeFi on Cardano is advancing, with the first atomic Bitcoin to Cardano swap completed this week.
Leios is accelerating and pushing Cardano further toward meaningful scalability.
USDCx has now launched, redeemable 1:1 for USDC, which matters for liquidity, access, and deployable capital.
Pyth is moving deeper into Cardano with heavy DApp integration work already underway and successful workshops.
ZK proof privacy has also now been demonstrated directly on Cardano layer 1 preview.
At the same time, TVL continues to rise
Perps are dominating fee generation.
Stablecoin liquidity is increasing.
So while the market cap says one thing, the rapid progress says another.

@PeterMcCormack Awesome stuff mate…keep up the great work 👍🔥🔥🔥🔥

Our little podcast has been doing alright recently. We switched things up a little in February and had a record month. We’ve already beat that this month with 8 days to go. Not bad for a halfwit from Bedford with 5 GCSEs.
We don’t have any private funders or secret backers. It’s just me, my son and Curt grafting in a studio in London with a few sponsors.
Thanks to anyone who has been a guest, anyone who listens and everyone giving me advice on how to be less fat and more Christian in the comments.
Love ya all!

@Nope87009636 @Electrolight18 @ErikVoorhees No one should see your prompts/thiughts/ideas….
Sovereign AI should be about giving people a choice where they sit on the privacy spectrum.
All cloud AI’s require trust and trust is just a promise that will be broken.. @UseWhisperAI is architecturally different.
English

@Electrolight18 @ErikVoorhees You’re talking about censorship. Privacy is something entirely different and pertains to who can see your prompts.
