We are an Adventist community of mentors who are committed in mentoring our students and professionals for Christ’s mission and service. #LeadOneMentorOne
Deepest appreciation and respect to Elder Ted N. C. Wilson (@pastortedwilson) for over 50 years of selfless, dedicated service to God and the @adventistchurch. May God bless your retirement with joy, health, and happiness. Thank you, Pastor Ted and Nancy! #GCSession2025#GCS25
A picture is worth a thousand words. Incoming Inter-European Division (EUD) President Barna Magyarosi stands with outgoing President Elder Mario Brito. Their graciousness toward one another is a beautiful example of how generational leadership transition should take place. #GCS25
Worldviews shift every 20–30 years. Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Zs bring innovative, creative, and inclusive leadership. Many Gen Xers (now 45–60) have 30+ years of experience. Creating space for them in senior church leadership could reignite SDA MISSION Movement! #GCSession2025
Two of the three newly elected GC officers are Gen Xers (born 1965–1980). What if divisions, unions, and conferences followed suit? Gen X brings innovation, creativity, and fearless leadership.
Give them a chance—why not now?!

Elder Erton Köhler (@prertonkohler), newly elected @adventistchurch president, is a Gen Xer born in 1969.
Is this the start of a generational shift in global church leadership? Gen Xers (ages 45–60) are seasoned and mission-focused!

We need more mission-focused messages like the one shared by Elder Erton C. Köhler today during the #GCSession2025 Secretariat report.
Praying for your Spirit-led leadership, @prertonkohler. Your report was truly inspiring.
Thank you, Kleyton, for your sacrifice!

@adventistchurch has a staggering membership loss rate of 43.17%. Why? That’s a rhetorical question—we know the reasons. Or at least, we should.
It’s time to reimagine the church—shaped by the Pentecostal model of the early Christian community.

“Let’s keep our focus on mission. Let’s work in an integrated way. And let’s move forward in God’s power to finish this work.” –@djbtrim
Thank you! It couldn’t be clearer. Know that MISSION is the answer!!

I appreciate @djbtrim’s straightforward and insightful reports.
“‘Not by might, nor by power, [nor by numerical strength], but by My Spirit.’ … That is how the work will move forward successfully—and how, in due course, our mission will be accomplished.” (1 of 2)

Today was a historic day for Washington Adventist University as the first cohort of Gideon 300—campus ministries student leaders and aspiring future missionaries—were consecrated and dedicated. The Gideon 300 have committed their lives to Christ's mission and service. #Gideon300
I didn’t know John C. Maxwell said this, “When leaders fail to empower others, it is usually due to three main reasons: 1. Desire for Job Security 2. Resistance to Change 3. Lack of Self-Worth." #Leadership
