Update for those wondering So, doctor came in. Said it could be a viral thing, but also could be oral cancer. Either way I need to go to an oral surgeon and have this mass removed. Might take a day or two to myself to process some of this. Bounties will still be paid out, if you pull on please just give me a little time as I might not be super active for a bit.
