@mwgerard Hi Meghan, Sorry, but we don't maintain that plugin and we don't have any way to updated it.

@TayIorRobinson Hi there, I use Firefox as my main browser and haven't been having any problems. Is it possibly you've got an ad blocker or other extension causing some interference?
English

@FontSquirrel i don't know what you did but matcherator has been broken in firefox for a while and i am sad

@stephensauceda Yep, that's it. Klim is 100% on the blacklist and can't be generated. I'll look into why the generator didn't throw an error message like it was supposed to. Thanks for pointing us in the right direction!
English

@stephensauceda Right...some foundries have asked us not to generate web fonts at all, regardless of whether or not you have a web license. Because we have no way of knowing, it's easier just to blacklist the files completely. Can you tell me what the font was you were trying to generate?
English

I never thought that a font could make me cry. IT DID!
@FontSquirrel had a cute, free font called 'Beth Ellen'.
When I downloaded it, there was a PDF included, which was a first. Normally, there isn't any note from a font's creator. Click to view @robjelinski 's full note:

@AfterHardship @robjelinski That's really beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
English

@stephensauceda Hi Stephen....It sounds like you may be running into a problem with our blacklist. It's supposed to show an error, but it's possible there's a bug that's causing it not to show. If that's the case, we wouldn't generate the web font anyway because the foundry has asked us not to.

@photopeacom Fontspring is our main site and the proceeds of sales there allow us to provide Font Squirrel for free.
English

@photopeacom We've just now enabled Font Squirrel results by default, although because the Font Squirrel library is smaller than Fontspring's, the closest matches will still often be Fontspring fonts.
English

@FontSquirrel Hey! Why in your Matcherator, the Font Squirrel distributor is disabled by default? The whole Matcherator looks like a tool for selling fonts of your sponsors :/ fontsquirrel.com/matcherator
English

@TuffTiffResists @FontSquirrel Came here to see if other people had the same problem. I really hope they get back on track soon!
English

@FontSquirrel Why aren't the fonts loading on your page? I can't see what they look like, only their name.
English

@fake_journals @pexels No worries. Appreciate the credit, it's just clogging up our mentions. Best wishes.
English

@FontSquirrel @pexels Okay - We'll removed from the database. May take a few days to filter through, so please bear with it. We just want to give credit where it is deserved but understand it can be a little annoying. Anyhow, thank you for the fonts. They are just what we needed.

@Aw336F Hard to say without doing some digging. Have you tried another image or another browser? Could you drop the image here so we can see what you're working on?
English

@FontSquirrel
i have a problem, whenever i insert and image into the font identifier. this happens.
What's the cause of this? and i am using a correct image format for the font identifier...
