I’ve been eating 3500 calories a day, around 550g-600 of carbs and I went from 81 to 78.5 kgs in 2-3 weeks & gained strength and lost body fat. Yes, I do train a lot and burn probably 5x more than the avarage person. Still, I didn’t know this was really possible. A high metabolism is a cheat code.
