Looks like $MULN is writing off Mishawaka assets for $45M to account for the GEM settlement. That puts their total assets at just $105M, compared to $220M in liabilities. Negative equity has increased to $115M, meaning the company OWES more than DOUBLE what it has.

@FooblyFoo @Mullen_USA But they put it in the row for the Class 3 truck in the 10-Q. It would make more sense is it was for a single van. But then of course this means they've only sold and received revenue for 2 trucks total, and none this quarter

$MULN has been repeatedly called out for dishonest and misleading "sales" PR claims, and then months later being unable to record the "sales" as actual revenue. @Mullen_USA claimed $5.5M in sales but only recognized $32k (0.5%) as revenue.

@Mullen_USA And apparently "Mr. Appliance" and these other companies that $MULN claimed purchased vehicles received them for free or at a massive discount to MSRP. Reported revenue of $32k is less than HALF the MSRP for a *single* Mullen Class 3 truck.
