@FoodhubUK avoid!!! Show restaurants as open and taking orders. Order. Take money. Screen disappears. Ring restaurant closed for eid!!! So why show as open? And i have to wait 3-5 days for a refund! Guess not eating tonight as that was all my money!!

I cry when I try ordering something on @FoodhubUK with no money in the bank or food in the house hoping my bank will accept it and it doesn't. Then I get spammed with these notifications while starving😔

@FoodhubUK @NatWest_Help Its already been raised via your support people and they said "nothing wrong" when there clearly is. The bank are saying its not their issue (it is!) and its also your issue for not checking the CVV is valid with the bank. The ref for the open call is 5231030
