Neurological cause? 2) ct for preop planning and leg alignment views. 3) depending on above tar viable option with correction of cavus at same time or staged.

@orthotraumamd @FootAndAnkleMD @dr_nls @DrAdamBitterman @BostonFootAnkle @GlennShiMD @AnkleInstitute Drawbacks of stem- more bone removal, longer OR time, more expensive, harder to revise, take away a good revison option. All implants fail eventually. Indications- soft bone, large cysts need bypassing, revision implant once primary fails.
