Yes, it absolutely is true.
We failed to focus on all the aspects of the football club that would provide us with inbuilt advantages:
• Scouting & recruitment
• Data analytics
• Youth development
• Football departmental restructure
• Fan engagement
• Stadium redevelopment
Instead, we hoarded cash for a rainy day, then created the storm ourselves.

We were rotten today, the team selection and substitutions were somewhat bemusing, and our injury record is unprecedented…
But, make no mistake, this season’s downfall is down to the Celtic Board.

He also got it wrong not backing Brendan then again with MON in January. His ego has killed Celtics season and cost us millions in revenue.

I’ve been saying this for some time on here and every time it gets brought up people take it as a personal attack either on the player or on themselves and it turns into pure aggression. But it needs to be said, especially if we’re talking about a serious summer rebuild/reset.
We have to talk about the Callum McGregor situation.
Callum has been an unbelievable servant to Celtic and a top class captain since Scott Brown passed the baton. His leadership, professionalism and consistency over the years have been outstanding no one is denying that.
But football doesn’t stand still.
Age catches up with every player, and for me that decline started to show last season and now it’s even more evident. The intensity, the sharpness, the influence on games just isn’t what it once was.
And this is the part people don’t want to hear.
If we are serious about progressing, he either needs to accept becoming more of a bit-part player, or we look at options elsewhere even if that means a move away, like linking up with Brendan Rodgers in Saudi.
That’s not disrespect that’s reality.
Too many fans watch football with their heart instead of their eyes. Sentiment can’t dictate decisions if we want to move forward as a football club.
Respect the legacy, absolutely but don’t ignore what’s right in front of you. 🍀

Without VAR stepping in & doing the refs job we’d have lost at Ibrox & may not have won today. The ref on both occasions was John Beaton. How he ‘missed’ today’s penalty in real time is a disgrace. He clearly seen it. Stonewall foul yet doesn’t award it. Not fit to referee.
