In pursuit of transformation.
To become your best self.
Body. Brain. Ball. Belief. Being.
I believe in you.
Now believe in yourself.
Everybody at the start line of the 100m Olympic Final has the same goal. It’s to win.
In football, everybody want to be the best footballer they can be. The goal is the same.
But it’s not the person who has the best goals.
It’s the person who has the best systems in preparation, that will achieve their goal.
You do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems.
In a world full of distractions, we need focus.
To focus, we need to spend time on the truly meaningful things.
The things that will help you transform to where you want to be.
To transform, we need to spend TIME on the things needed to get there.
To get there, we need to build a belief that at any given moment, we can decide to transform from our current state & pursue our best self.
In pursuit of our best self, we can choose to do it with joy.
The choice might only be small. But it happens small, until it happens big.
Spend TIME each day working towards something small. Micro actions add up, even if they seem like tiny little things.
Tiny little things repeated over time is what produces dramatic change.
Becoming 1% better every day makes you nearly 40x better by the end of the year.
