@Sorare I deposited for the black Friday offer, but now it's disappeared, how do i claim?

spent £2,000 on an OLED LG TV, and within two years there was a fault, and it wouldn't switch on (known fault reported by numerous customers). @LGUKCare @LGUK now want to charge me £509 to repair it. This is a £2,000 TV, faulty in less than 2 years. Poor Quality, Poor Service

@LGUKCare I contacted you when the issue was first reported (over a year ago) and your responses were always delayed and unhelpful. Essentially there was a fault within 2 years of purchasing a £2k TV, and you washed your hands of it! Appalling service/Quality, Can you offer help now?!?!

@LGUKCare Please Help! Purchase an OLED65CX6LA TV for £1,800 in Nov 2020. It's will not switch on, and I'm being told there's nothing you can do. It's only just over 2 years old, and i'm getting no support or advise from you?!

@FootieKgm No problem mate. I ordered a PCB from Walmart in America, had it delivered in our office there and had a colleague picked it up for me as he's was travelling to London. Fitted it myself with a friend and it sorted out the issue. I will send you the details in your DM

Anyone wanting to place an order with @CastoreEngland for Christmas delivery...think again!! Placed my order in November, still have no idea where it is? Can't ring them, they don't respond to emails. DO NOT USE.

@LGUK @LGUKCare offering some of the worst after sales customer services ever experienced. A faulty £2,000 TV, just over two years old and the best advise is you'll need to get an independent third party to fix it. No fix suggestions, no engineers, delayed responses.
