All the left has to do is meet the right in the middle on immigration, deportations, and solving crime and we would have a utopia. We are so close, but unfortunately the Libs care to much about the rights of people with dozens of arrests

@jaysonyork Short term missions are mainly to visit and help established missions that are permanent. Not sure i agree

Unpopular pastoral opinion #17 Most short term missions trips serve little/no benefit to anyone. Occasionally disaster relief or specific evangelistic outreaches are impactful. Most trips are Christian tourism or a form of international youth camp Mostly a waste of time/money

@PolicyEngineer Incredibly retarded tweet. Expecting to receive a benefit for paying taxes is normal.

$POLA - I think they finally found their niche market. Growth drivers from Tier 1 in special locations and International sales will drive top line revenue with more consistency. Expect less quarterly fluxations and solid margins into 2019.

Keep in mind, the Germans charged a woman in 2022 for being a Nazi. 78 years after being a party member.... The left legit thinks MAGA is Nazis... they will use the post WW2 trials as precedent.

@megbasham @PABCPhil Megan, what if your kids discovered your past because their father tweeted it out for the whole world to see? Would you be ok with that? What if their friends found out about you because of twitter? Tweeting is not how testimonies should be shared.

@PABCPhil When my kids were old enough, I shared my past because in part because I didn’t want them to follow the same path and they would know I’m not naive about the world, but more importantly, I wanted them to know that God is real and he radically changes people.

I don’t really understand the people shaming this guy for sharing his and his wife’s testimony, provided she was OK with him sharing. He wasn’t specific, just shared how the Lord redeemed her and what a godly wife and mom she is today. I’m gonna be honest, in a world in which we are constantly posting details about our lives, how Christ changed us is the most important information we can share. The world needs to hear—I was just like you once, and God saved me from that. which means he can save you too! Why wouldn’t we want to tell people that story?

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. Our first kiss with each other was at the altar on our wedding day (reaction pic attached!). We've been married for over five years now, and she's been the most wonderful and godly wife, mother to our three children, and homemaker you could imagine. She's more pure than most virgins, as biblical purity has less to with past sins (though they certainly matter) and more to do with one's current posture of the heart and daily decisions to honor the Lord (Matt. 5:8). We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world — what is viewed as nothing — to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us — our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

@megbasham Posting on twitter is not the same as sharing your testimony to people you have a relationship with. Shouting out into the void of the online world about the sins of your wife is wrong and bizzare. The internet is forever.

@TrevorSheatz This is a totally unhinged tweet to make. This is the kind of story you share with another couple if you're mentoring them through purity... it is not something you blast out to the public.

If someone argues that a former promiscuous woman is "damaged goods" and questions whether a Christian young man should marry her, remember Rahab. She was a Canaanite prostitute but became a mother in the lineage of Jesus. God redeemed her, cleansed her, and Salmon married her.

Fellas, nowhere in the Bible does it say to share your wifes past sins on social media for the entire world to see. Especially after only 5 years of marriage 😂

People looking at $lqda options and fretting about put activity don’t understand most of that is being sold. Put selling has been increasing especially for those who own the stock.
