@fairywings1981 It won't do sorry, as they take 3-5 working days to arrive. I can, however for your safety we kindly ask that all boiler repairs are carried out by our certified gas engineers. We have an official contract with them, ensuring they meet strict safety standards. I'll send a DM :-)

@fairywings1981 Hi Janine, I am sorry to hear you have no heating or hot water. We do always advise that additional work may be needed if the boiler cannot be repaired within the first visit, and that parts can take 3-5 working days to arrive. I have sent you a DM to discuss further. Thank you

@ForHousing love how I ring you Sunday at 7am with a broken boiler, you tell me it’s better for someone to come today rather than as a same day emergency so they will bring the part it needs. Gets my visit today at 5.30pm and NO PART so another night of freezing and no showers!!

Big fan of @ForHousing definition of an “emergency”. Reported leaks Tuesday; electrician has disconnected a light fitting and left it hanging due to the water (makes sense). Roofer came out - left. Sent Gas Engineer - nah mate, you need a roofer. Shocker.
