Here, the husband had filed a divorce case, claiming that his wife had deserted him for over two years. He approached the High Court after the trial court refused to allow DNA tests on their two children. He argued that the tests were necessary to prove that he was not their biological father and that his wife had committed adultery. Thus, the Court rejected the man's request for the DNA test and held that allegations of adultery has to be proved by presenting other evidence. The Court underscored that children cannot be treated as tools to resolve disputes between their parents. The Court observed that under Section 112 of the Indian Evidence Act, a child born during a valid marriage is presumed to be legitimate. The Court held that since the children were not part of the case and were not claiming maintenance, they could not be subjected to undergo DNA test to prove the mother’s alleged infidelity. The Court dismissed the petition and imposed costs of ₹3,000 on the husband, payable to the District Legal Services Authority within three weeks. DO YOU THINK IT WAS A FAIR JUDGMENT. #formenidia #mensrights #Divorce

A 32-year-old police constable d!ed by su*cide at the Kalina Police Headquarters in Mumbai. The man, identified as Bhaiyasaheb Bhimrao Wavale, was a native of Parbhani and had joined the Mumbai Police Force as a driver on February 7, 2026. Police recovered a suicide note from the site, and his father has confirmed that the handwriting belongs to his son. Based on the su*cide note and a complaint filed by Wavale's father, it was revealed that the constable was in a romantic relationship with a woman from Nanded. The woman's parents strongly opposed the relationship and were consistently pressuring him to end it. The note further claims that the girlfriend's family threatened Wavale, telling him to either take his own life or face suspension from the police force.  The woman's family intended to arrange her marriage elsewhere and allegedly subjected Wavale to continuous harassment. Following the complaint from the constable's father, the Vakola Police have registered a case against the girlfriend's parents. MEN MOSTLY SACRIFICE THEIR LIVES WHEN IT'S ABOUT THEIR LOVED ONES. Around 7:30-8:00 AM, Rahul went to the terrace of Tower 5 in the same complex with his daughter, telling his wife, Neetu Dahiya, that he was taking the child to the park to play. Upon hearing commotion, when Neetu went out, she found a man and a girl lying on the ground in a pool of blood. Residents took the two to a private hospital, where doctors declared them dead. Vijayaran's brother, Amit, told police that his brother got married in 2014. This shocking incident was reported in January 2026. A 22-year-old software professional from Bengaluru fell victim to a sextortion scam after connecting with what he believed was a genuine romantic interest on a dating app. The victim told police that he created a profile on the dating app - Happn, where he connected with a woman identifying herself as "Ishani" on Jan 5. After exchanging messages on the app and sharing some basic personal details, the two moved their conversation to WhatsApp. However, the profile was actually a deepfake girl created using artificial intelligence. As their conversations progressed, the victim was persuaded to join a video call, during which he was manipulated into performing intimate acts on camera. Unknown to him, the entire interaction was being recorded. The scammers later used the recorded footage to blackmail him, threatening to share the video publicly. Out of fear and pressure, the victim ended up paying around ₹1.5 lakh to the fraudsters. Despite receiving the money, the fraudsters continued to pressurise him for more payments. Distressed, the victim finally confided in close friends, who advised him to approach police. BEWARE BEFORE TRUSTING ANYONE YOU MEET ON DATING / MATRIMONIAL APPS. #formenidia #scam

Is this what “FUN” looks like now? A blue drum — now a chilling symbol of an innocent man’s brutal murder by his wife — turned into a joke on stage. Cheated, killed, chopped into pieces, sealed in cement… and this is entertainment? Why are female students mocking it? Isn’t this straight-up glorification of husband murder? And ask yourself — if a man had done the same, joked about a woman’s murder like this… would the reaction be the same? This isn’t comedy. This is hypocrisy. This is shameful. DO LET US KNOW YOUR OPINION ON THIS & SHARE TO SPREAD AWARENESS #formenidia #bluedrum

A major dating app extortion racket has been busted in Mumbai after police from the Sakinaka and Powai divisions carried out a raid at a café involved in the scam. Acting on a tip-off that men were being trapped through Tinder and cheated monetarily, a police team raided the Heaven Terrace 72 restaurant in Andheri East on March 13 evening. The gang allegedly used the popular dating app Tinder to target wealthy men. Around 25–30 women were reportedly brought from Delhi to lure victims to a café in Sakinaka and Ghatkopar. Once there, the women ordered excessive food and drinks, leaving victims with inflated bills ranging from ₹25,000 to over ₹50,000. The Sakinaka police registered an FIR against 13 persons. All were arrested and produced before a court, which sent them to police custody till March 16. The cafe owner has also been arrested. MEN, BEWARE BEFORE VISITING CAFES WITH YOUR TINDER DATES! #formenidia

The incident took place in January 2026, when the 36-year-old woman entered the lift of her residential building. During the ride, an unknown man also stepped into the elevator. Investigators say the two appeared to recognise each other and shared a private moment inside the lift, unaware that the entire interaction was being recorded by the CCTV camera installed in the elevator. For nearly three months, the incident remained unknown to the woman. The matter came to light only recently when the clip allegedly began circulating among residents and eventually spread on social media. The woman reportedly discovered the issue on March 9, when she visited a local vegetable market around evening. There, she overheard a few people talking about a video that had gone viral. When she turned around, she noticed several women discussing the clip. An acquaintance present at the spot informed her that a video of her inside the lift with a man was being circulated widely. She then filed a police complaint. During the investigation, it emerged that the housing society chairman was not technically equipped to handle the CCTV system, so the responsibility of managing and checking footage had been given to his son. Police suspect that the accused may have accessed the CCTV backup system, extracted the video clip and circulated it, leading to the scandal. The chairman's son has been booked & probe is currently underway to determine how the footage was accessed, copied and circulated. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS SCANDAL? COMMENT #formenidia

A retired school teacher from Botad in Gujarat has alleged that he was lured into a honey trap and extorted of Rs 12 lakh by a woman who claimed to be involved in the real estate business, along with two unidentified accomplices. According to the complaint, the teacher met the main accused, Payal Patel, at a school function nearly a year ago. During their interaction, Patel reportedly told him that she was engaged in land and property dealings. After the teacher retired from service on October 31 last year and received his retirement funds, he began exploring investment opportunities and contacted Patel regarding the purchase of farmland. Police said Patel invited the teacher to Rajkot to show him agricultural land. Upon his arrival, she allegedly took him to a room at a hotel near the Rajkot bus station.  Soon after, an unidentified woman allegedly entered the room, undressed, and attempted to implicate the teacher in a compromising situation. Another woman then threatened him with a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and allegedly forced him into a sexual act. The accused also took objectionable photographs of the teacher. The teacher alleged that he was later taken in a car to an unknown location where the women threatened to file a rape case against him unless he paid Rs 40 lakh to settle the matter. After prolonged negotiation, the amount was allegedly reduced to Rs 12 lakh. Despite receiving the money, the accused allegedly continued to call and threaten the teacher, demanding the remaining amount . Distressed by the continued threats, the teacher approached the police. The incident has been reported to the A Division Police Station in Rajkot, where a case has been registered against the accused. #formenidia
