Key factoid: The @LADAOffice presented evidence of murder for financial gain to a grand jury in 1992. The grand jury did NOT indict the #MenendezBrothers on those charges but when their first trial started in July 1993, the DA's continued to push a story about "greedy rich kids."

Breaking: During an online chat today Erik Menendez announced that the #MenendezBrothers are going to be filing a new appeal in 2021. The brothers were convicted of first-degree murder in 1996 for the 1989 killing of their parents. All of their previous appeals were unsuccessful.

so, of course a r*pist fan (of Richard Ramirez) commented on one of my posts and said “Gurl what.” and later explained how i support “mu*rders.” but says Richard is “hot.” and says Erik & Lyle could of just tell the police. Richard who k*lled 15 PEOPLE, and r*ped women/kids.

i guarantee, if Lyle & Erik hadn’t got out of that situation, Jose & Kitty would of k*lled them and covered it up. and the world would wonder what happened. Erik had a gut feeling, and once you have that gut feeling it’s always right, it’s telling you something.
