G’day, I’m Davo! I’m a teacher and a dad to 3 amazing girlies who are my entire world. Late last year, I was diagnosed with terminal blood cancer. It’s changed everything! My health, my work, and how I think about time. I’m starting this account to share our journey honestly. Not just the hard parts, but the everyday moments that now feel incredibly important: school runs, dinner table chaos, small wins, and making memories whenever I have the energy. My focus now is simple, being present for my girls and making as many meaningful memories with them as I can. If you’d like to follow along, thank you. @ChrisWillx @SteveStuWill I used to think happiness was the goal too. Now I think in terms of memories – what my 3 daughters will carry forward when I’m not around every day. Not sure that fixes the human condition . . . but it changes what I choose to focus on ♥️

@ForMy3Girlies It is a blessing. This just gives me extra time to straighten my granddaughter's room before she comes for the weekend.

Well, crud. Got an email stating that the school will be closed tomorrow. This means I'll have to wait until Monday to complete my Thursday's to-do list. Guess that just means I can relax tomorrow.

Results in: 10 yrs post Ph+ ALL cancer (3rd fight) and today we celebrate: STILL in remission. ❤️ His bloodwork showed no B cells present. 🙌 A decade of prayers, miracles, and God’s faithfulness. Our boy is here, thriving, and we are beyond grateful. ❤️🙏

@ForMy3Girlies Thank you. I wish I would have went to hospital to say goodbye. I just thought he was coming home. He went so fast before they even started hospice.
