@CoachMcCannJSG It really depends! Some 7v7 tournaments once in a lifetime opportunities where players are playing other elite players. Some of these coaches get in their feelings and force players to miss out on life changing opportunities. The key is to be supportive and productive.

Learn how to coach. It takes 12 months for HS coaches to teach football? College coaches don’t require that much time, Pro coaches don’t require that much time. Hell, elementary coaches don’t require that much time high. Why HS coaches? If you can’t prepare a kid from June until your season, you don’t deserve the Coach.
