@ForbesBetter The best tip I got with my 1st was to turn the clock around. Dont look at the time and dont count how many night wakings there are. Just nurse and sleep and stay in bed as long as you can.

Believe it or not, this was a great night for us. One of the better nights she’s had in her almost 5 months of life 😏
