The gym’s scale won’t cut it? Bring your own. This is our starting point. 330.6 lbs (let’s say 331). By my 40th birthday (September 5th, 2026), my goal is to get down to 199 lbs. Lose 132 lbs. A weight I haven’t been since middle school. And do 10 chin-ups. Let’s get it.

It’s also much more personal, not every restaurant especially back then would be okay with you filming in their restaurant, you’re not interrupting anybody else, and the food is going to be much more fresh in your car than if you spend the time to try to drive home and review it.

@tracksuitpant @DaymDrops was the first person I ever remember doing this in the early 2010s and inspiring many of us to do the same. Being on a lunch break at work, you’ve got your car to film in. Take opportunity where it lies which is the car 😂 The audio is also well isolated in a car.

Can someone please explain why a significant proportion of American food reviews are filmed in the front seat of a vehicle.

@whoissontae @tracksuitpant While I’m sure Keith played some part in it, I think many were imitating Daym first. And before you say “I didn’t say he did it first!” I know you didn’t. I was on Daym’s team doing food reviews in the early 2010s. Almost all of us were in our cars at that time because of Daym.

🦈 I had this hot sauce at the festival yesterday and it’s probably the one that surprised me the most with how sweet it was and the amount of heat it has. I can see why it’s exclusive the Hot Ones/Heatonist right now. If you’re a fan of spice, I can’t recommend it enough 🌶️
