@pikamavia @JUSTCHILLY I agree, but the refs are so out numbered with no help/backup. They do let alot go, but I think it's because they're already intimidated with "big named" teams coming to town. The organizers need way more accountability as well.

@ForceFootballA2 @JUSTCHILLY The refs keeps the game in line. Discipline the kids if their behavior is unsportsmanlike. Throw them out of the game if you need to. Not hard. Refs let too much go. And most of them at these events are untrained.

@pikamavia @JUSTCHILLY The organizer, yes! The refs, at that point, it's out of their control. They have no real power, most of them are hired off the street. You have 2, maybe 3 refs, what you expect them to do?

@JUSTCHILLY That’s on the refs and the organization for letting unsportsmanlike behavior fester. I see it all the time at these events. They need to reign in all the trash talking. Coaches are a big part of this as well.

It’s that time of year again that all the non committable offers are exposed.. lots of “ D1 offered” guys will be signing with D2 programs even though they have multiple D1 offers?? 🤷🏻‍♂️

@ForceFootballA2 @CoachEndersRMHS 100%. We are in 100% agreement here. Go develop, get better today, work to get to your ceiling and a lot of opportunities come. “Fake offers” can turn real from development and time. I enjoyed the convo, thank you. I got better today.

@ForceFootballA2 @CoachEndersRMHS Here’s an Interating one. My AI resources say Georgia signed more HS players in 2024 than in 2015. So maybe HS players aren’t worse off than 10 years ago.

@Fodrocy1156 @CoachEndersRMHS Ha not hearsay. I'm saying alot of times, that's what coaches are telling us directly. Like when they come to visit, in general conversations. It's regular when a coach comes, we ask "what are you looking for this year?" That's the response

@ForceFootballA2 @CoachEndersRMHS I do have data that some schools have maintained and or signed more from some years to others. Yes. Google is a reflection of many opinions also. And there are heavily skewed data points that limit the actual factuality of this which scares many parents and players.

@Fodrocy1156 @CoachEndersRMHS No, I'm not necessarily talking about "our" kids. Just in general, a coach might say "this cycle we're looking to scholarship 2 OL out of HS because we already signed 3 portal kids." Doesn't happen every conversation, but alot

@ForceFootballA2 @CoachEndersRMHS I think what you’re being told by a college coach in many cases is a cover for “he’s not good enough.” And that’s safer to say but also puts them in a position to not have to lie and or provide a “fake offer.”

@ForceFootballA2 @CoachEndersRMHS So googling is where you get your facts and data from to justify this stance? Did Google discuss how the SEC has committed to going to 105 scholarships as well? But again, those players go D2 then transfer up like Trinidad and many more. Where does Google list that?

@Fodrocy1156 @CoachEndersRMHS Yes that's absolutely true, but my main thing is that HS kids get less opportunity now, for FBS scholarships out of HS than ever before because of the portal. Which leads to FCS, D2 and 3.

Caliber comes from evaluation. Is comes from signing. That’s why the evaluation process, or more importantly the evaluators is the biggest issue facing prospects right now. As coach Saban said… The colleges taking an established college player over a potential with a HS player is purely choice. And that choice is completely unique to each program. We can’t speak in generalities on that and be right.
