Disappointed with how my end-of-agreement charges were handled by Ford Credit. £981 in wear & tear despite the car being returned under mileage & in good condition. Final response received, escalating to the Financial Ombudsman. Hoping @FordCredit @FordUK @FordCEO will review.

@FordCredit Subject: Financial Hardship Request – 2018 Ford F-350 Platinum Dear Ford Motor Credit Hardship Department], I am writing to formally request financial hardship assistance regarding my 2018 Ford F-350 Platinum. Due to several unforeseen life events, I am currently experiencing serious financial hardship and am asking for your consideration in helping me find a solution that will allow me to retain my vehicle. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I owned and operated a successful interior remodeling construction business. When the pandemic shut down in-person services, my business was forced to close for nearly two years. This caused significant financial strain and made it difficult to keep up with my financial obligations. Shortly after I was finally able to return to work, I was seriously injured when I was struck by a stray bullet while driving home during a public disturbance. The bullet passed through my arm and chest, shattering my shoulder and causing life-threatening injuries. My recovery has been long and difficult, and after more than a year and a half of healing, I have come to the understanding that I am no longer physically able to continue working in my previous line of construction. Because of this, I have enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice so that I can transition into a new career and regain financial stability. While I am committed to improving my future, being a full-time student has created additional financial hardship. Despite these challenges, I have made every effort to continue making payments whenever possible. I have requested on multiple occasions to have my monthly payment of $1,170 reduced to a more manageable amount. I recently made a $700 payment in good faith; however, I still fell behind, and my vehicle was repossessed for the second time. I have now been informed that I must pay $30,000 by February 2nd to reinstate the loan, which I am unable to do given my current circumstances. Repo expires Feb 02,2026 at which time I am told it will be sold giving me 1 week to produce 31,000 dollars I am respectfully requesting consideration for one or more of the following: A reduction in my monthly payment A temporary hardship deferment A loan modification Reinstatement plan with manageable terms I am fully committed to meeting my financial responsibilities and keeping my vehicle. I am simply asking for reasonable assistance during this difficult period so that I may complete my education and return to stable employment. @fordcredit and @hendyford - will advise everyone to avoid you. After three cars and ten years I tried to hand one back. Dreadful customer care and made up wear and tear payments, after owning a rubbish build quality puma. Never ever again!

@FordCredit They told us the EcoSport would be $ 442/month. Earlier this year we started getting calls from Gary Yeomans, if we wanted to trade the EcoSport, we kept telling them no, Come around to the anniversary date of the purchase of the EcoSport our payments jump up to $632/month

@ford @jimfarley98 @FordCredit We have always bought new Mercedes or Toyota vehicles but in 2023 we decided to give the Mach e a try. We were told it was a ford options contract that we purchased but now are finding out the dealership had us sign something else and ripped us off.

@Ford @FordCredit I really regret purchasing a vehicle a d going into contact with Ford. From this POS suv yall sold me with exhaust issues within a year old, or from thr under staffed dealerships where the mechanics dgaf if they fix your car properly or not.
