Cave Aged Goats Cheese & Beetroot Hummus Blinis. Super simple yet packed with flavour, these are perfect for any festive party! Topped with our mild Cave Aged #GoatsCheese, with its rich, earthy, nutty flavours and caramel notes these are a crowd-pleasing plate of deliciousness!
Cave Aged Cheddar Toast & Fig #Canapés. These festive mini cheese on toasts are filled with flavour from the sweet, honey-like figs and the sticky, rich balsamic glaze, combined with our robust, rounded #CaveAgedCheddar and its distinctive, earthy and nutty flavour.

Peppery hot #horseradish goes so well with cheddar, especially our #CoastalCheddar with its rugged flavours and sweet notes. Ubiquitous in the traditional Roast Beef Sunday Lunch, with Cauliflower Cheese & Horseradish Sauce, the pairing also works brilliantly in many more dishes.

We've been making cheese for over 40 years. Along with the skill of our #cheesemakers, we use methods that date back over 600 yrs. We don't take shortcuts, but make sure every process is carried out expertly. And we think this is what makes our rich, rugged #Coastal outstanding!

Beef Shin Ragu with Cave Aged Polenta. Caved Aged Cheddar is ideal for this recipe because of its strength and depth of flavour. The distinct, punchy characteristics, along with its creaminess, combine with the fine polenta to make this a wonderful dish.
