@FordsGarage We waited 45 minutes for a seat and mow 50 minutes later my daughter still does not have an entree. Pretty sure you are not her favorite restaurant anymore

Hey @FordsGarage & @DoorDash how about u 2 get on the same page. Long wait AGAIN! “Pick up by 6:30”, at 6:28 I’m told it will b another 15 minutes…. Just the other day, waited 20 min for 2 orders. 1 came out, other they said would be another 15-20! I dont have 30-40 min to wait

@FordsGarage this is your Wesley chapel, FL store btw. Absolutely terrible. 30 min ticket time for 2 burgers. Guess I’ll just stop picking up deliveries from here, like other drivers I’ve spoken to. And tell ur customers how slow and unprofessional this place is.

@FordsGarage Couldn't wait till local Fords opened in Plantation. We got charged a 20% service fee on top of tip! Guess who wont be going to Fords Garage anymore? You guessed it. Me and everybody I know that's who. That's ridiculous. Totals to a 40% charge if you include tip.

@hauntscene @FordsGarage The one in Champion's Gate is the fucking WORST. They add the 20% service fee in lieu of a tip but also they provide the literal worst service known to man. The tip is guaranteed now but they will also be slower than old people fucking.

What is a Orlando restaurant that is not worth what you paid for? Places that arent BAD, just not equal to the price of the meal. My answer is a tie. Ford's Garage and Pepe's Cantina.

@FordsGarage So your automatic 20% service charge is NOT the staffs gratuity? You expect me to tip another 20%? Just went to your new location yesterday. Great service except the one bartender who was rude. But please explain the service charge most are finding ridiculous.
