Just paid our neighborhood annual dues ¥3000/year. I think that’s cheap probably compared to some HOA fees in the US but still, I wonder really even what that’s for. We never interact with the association president and only see him when he come to collect that cash!

iDeCoの変化を時系列でまとめた 税制が変わって出口戦略に影響がでたり、自動移管の管理手数料がアップしてたり、来年からは拠出時の手数料も105円→120円に増加。 一度加入してしまったら抜け出せない仕様なんやから、もう少し、、、ねぇ。。。今後はどんな改正が待っているんでしょうか。。。
