What would your first ballot skip rate HOF songs be (as in lowest skip rates, almost never change or skip). This has a little more nuance than “favorite songs”. You have to love them, they haven’t gotten old, and they are versatile in terms of occasion or mood. Working on mine.

@mitchsherman Xavier-Cincinnati is a good example of in-state basketball rivals where one school doesn’t have a football program. Are there Xavier fans who cheer for Cincinnati football? I seriously doubt it. But I’m not a front running douchebag, so I have no idea how these people think.

It’s a cultural phenomenon in this state of which many in the Omaha area are acutely aware. Some more than others. 😐 This is the week for a reminder that the rules go like this: - If you cheer for Nebraska football and Creighton men’s basketball, that’s cool, because Creighton has no football. But you surrender the right to actively cheer against Nebraska in hoops, baseball, etc., with the possible exception of the games against Creighton. - Same goes for the Jayskers who want to cheer only for Creighton in men’s basketball and against the Jays on other fields of play. Can’t do that, although I’m not sure more than five of these people exist. - If you’re all in on Creighton (no Nebraska football), jeer Huskers everywhere to your heart’s content.

The addition of a real QB coach to Rhule's staff can't be emphasized enough. The returning QB looks better and the all look better from spring.

@NENextt Westside had a couple long TD passes in the first half, but can’t recall for sure which QB was in (they were alternating). Obermeyer had a big day on the ground for Westside. Benning had a 95 yard pick 6 that got called back on a block in the back.
