At just 19 years old, a broke and relatively unknown Conor McGregor pointed at Floyd Mayweather on the cover of The Ring magazine and said
"I'm going to fight him one day."
Almost exactly 10 years later, that prediction became reality as McGregor stepped into the ring with Mayweather in one of the biggest combat sports events in history.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything you've done without ever knowing it.
Over the last few years, I've been through some of the hardest moments of my life. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, suffered a severe reaction to medication called DRESS syndrome, and after everything, I'm still fighting through ongoing health issues. There were days when things felt incredibly difficult.
During that time, following your journey gave me something positive to focus on. Your mindset, resilience, and determination helped me keep going when I needed it most. Whether it was watching old fights, interviews, or keeping up with the latest news, it became a genuine escape and gave me something to look forward to.
That's what inspired me to create ForgedForMac. What started as a way to distract myself and show my appreciation has grown into an amazing community. Seeing you follow the page and watching members of your team engage with my content has meant more to me than I can put into words.
You've changed my life in ways you'll probably never realise. Thank you for giving me hope during a time when I really needed it and for inspiring me to keep pushing forward, no matter what life throws at me.
I hope you have an incredible birthday. Wishing you good health, happiness, and success in everything that comes next.

Conor McGregor hadn't fought in 5 years, yet he remained one of the most talked about athletes in the world.
He didn't come back for the "limelight." He came back because he wanted to fight and perform for the fans.
And I will be forever grateful for that 🙏
