He asserts that the international bankers enabled Germany to secretly re-arm from 1926 to 1938 with the aid of Stalin, despite the Treaty of Versailles restrictions, as part of the intrigue to divide populations into opposing factions and subjugate them under the motto “United we stand. Divided they fall.” The author says this rearmament occurred between 1924 and 1934, leading to Hitler’s power grab, as most Germans, except Communists, believed Germany was betrayed in World War I by national money-lenders who used the democracies to defeat it, with Jewish-led Communists causing chaos. Carr claims that the Illuminati’s agents provided secret assistance to Fascist countries for rearmament, planning to draw them into war, and that Stalin, as an agent of the international bankers, secretly re-armed German armies.
Carr states that the conspirators financed both sides of the conflict, providing funds to Hitler through German industrialists and international bankers to build up the Nazi regime, while simultaneously supporting the Soviet Union to strengthen Communism, ensuring that the war would result in the exhaustion of Christian nations and the establishment of a polarized world order. He asserts that the Illuminati financed and directed both Communism and Fascism to further their plans, with the author stating they used these as tools alongside Zionism and anti-Semitism. Carr explains that this dual financing mirrors how bankers used Communism via Stalin and Fascism for their plans, with Hitler initially advocating curbing Illuminati control but later influenced by Nazi War Lords who were agents of the international money-lenders. He says the international bankers directed and financed the 1917 Russian Revolution, enabling adverse global conditions, and that the Secret Powers weakened Britain while strengthening Germany through agents in the British government who ignored warnings about Italian submarines tested in warfare conditions during the Spanish Civil War in 1936, proving effective against British Asdic detectors.
He asserts that the atrocities committed during the war, including those against the Jewish people, were deliberately permitted or orchestrated by the higher echelons of the conspiracy, who sacrificed members of their own race to arouse international sympathy and hatred against Germany, thereby justifying the creation of the State of Israel as a sovereign Zionist nation in Palestine. Carr claims that by fomenting World War II, those responsible condemned a great many innocent Jewish people to death, while most of the Jewish revolutionary Communists escaped death by going underground and later obtained illegal entrance into Palestine, the U.S.A., Canada, and other countries.
