@wizard_hat @DirtFishRally You’re not wrong, it’s to early to right it off completely. But they don’t excite me one bit. It’s not necessarily the outright performance, it’s the sound, the look and the lack of ambition.

@Formula1Wrc @DirtFishRally It has attracted exactly two new constructors though: ProSpeed and RMC from Spain, who will reveal their Rally1'27 car this weekend at WRC Isla Canarias. RC1'27 is more open about the rules while RC2-6 is stuck using b-segments platforms.

@wizard_hat @DirtFishRally The hybrid bs was 8 years to late. And this radical cost cut has attracted exactly 0 new manufactures and even lost 1 already. They need to change a lot, but making less interesting cars is, imo, not the way to go.

@wizard_hat @DirtFishRally True. But once again the wrc is trying to take the easy route, cut costs. What about trying to increase the inventive i.e income, for the teams involved. At the end of the day it’s the bottom line that counts, they could even increase the costs if they just increased the income.

@tirii_f1 It’s theoretically a cool idea. But 19000 revs, then we need vibranium engine blocks and pistons, and magical cooling fluids. It’s probably possible to run in a controlled environment, but the cost would be astronomical. But I like the essence of it.

F1 Fans consensus that FIA should adopt: 🔸Teams should be allowed to run on either V10, V8 or V6.. 🔸Give a max limit of 19000 rpm & 1100 HP ( 80% ICE & 20% Electric). Sustainable fuels 🔸Let the teams choose what they want to run. This will be so good for the sport Anymore we should add?
