@HM_Passport Please can you help me get my sons passport which will have been in for renewal for 13weeks tomorrow and we are due to go on holiday in Saturday 30th July. We will loose our money if the passport doesn’t turn up. I have tried emailing and phoning for weeks.

@HM_Passport 13weeks and waiting for my sons passport renewal! Due to fly on a very much needed and hard earned holiday on Saturday 30th July. I have phone an emailed HMPO and all I get is an auto answer. PLEASE could you chase this up for me. Can collect it myself if needed
