Looks like Battle Royale will feature a Save the World promo quest focused on collecting BluGlo. "S40.STWPromo.BluGlo"

The Lighthouse Keycard seems to be part of a new Lighthouse feature. From what I could make out of the files, it may be able to change the Lighthouse light and trigger a special BetterFishing spot tied to a legendary loot tier.
