@DarthBaylor6158 College basketball is now a semi pro league. They decided to pay players and allow them to transfer to the highest bidder every year. Baylor did nothing wrong they were just creative and other college programs will soon follow their lead.

A lot of people are acting like this specific incident had killed college basketball, but I think they’re misinformed on the situation. While James Nnaji was drafted by the Knicks in 2023, he never played a minute in the NBA. He played in summer league games and played overseas.. so how is this any different than what BYU, Illinois, and other schools are doing by signing European pros?? Because he got drafted? So what!! He never played in the NBA, if he did then he wouldn’t be allowed to play college ball again.
