Oxford United are delighted to announce that the Club have formally signed the Section 106 Planning Agreement with Oxfordshire County Council and Cherwell District Council, which has enabled full and final planning permission for the Club’s new stadium to be issued. It was recently confirmed the Secretary of State will not call in the Club’s new stadium planning application. It follows the Council’s Planning Committee approval in August for the Club to build a 16,000-capacity, all-electric stadium on land north of the city.
