🚨 ATTENTION @OPay_NG and @Officialspeedaf — This needs to be addressed NOW. I ordered an OPay card for my client through the @OPay_NG app and paid for home delivery to Ibadan. My client has a sight impairment which is why I needed the card physically delivered with his name on it. Delivery day came. Nobody called him. Nobody showed up. The card never reached him. I reported to OPay customer service. The response was useless. I waited the 30 days as per policy for a refund. No refund came. When I checked — the card was showing as COLLECTED. A card that was never delivered. A card my client never received. A card nobody ever called him about. I tracked down the Lagos office of @Officialspeedaf myself. Spoke to someone on the 29th who promised to follow up. Never called back. I called on the 30th — excuses. Called again Monday — he started REJECTING my calls deliberately. He only picked up when I called from a different number. Your Ibadan office marked a package as delivered that was NEVER delivered. That is not an error. That is fraud. @OPay_NG — are you aware your delivery partner is marking undelivered packages as collected? Are you comfortable partnering with a company running this operation?
