🚨 Democrats’ hysterical meltdown over the Supreme Court’s April 29, 2026, Louisiana v. Callais ruling lays bare their sleaziest playbook. It is raw emotional blackmail rooted in slavery-era ghosts.
They shriek “racial injustice” and “Jim Crow 2.0,” smearing a color-blind constitutional decision as some veiled cheer for the Confederacy and slavery’s legacy in the South. In 2026 - more than six decades after the 1965 Voting Rights Act - this isn’t serious analysis. It is cynical, manipulative demagoguery crafted to terrorize their own voters, whip up racial panic, and smear a rock-solid ruling that simply forbids race from predominating when states draw congressional maps.
Republicans destroy that garbage with the Constitution itself. Justice Alito’s 6-3 majority opinion (joined by Roberts, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett) is mercilessly clear. The 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause “almost never permits” government to sort and segregate voters by race. Section 2 of the VRA was written to enforce the Constitution. It does not collide with it by forcing racial entitlements or a second majority-Black district (as in Louisiana’s racially gerrymandered SB8 map) when traditional, race-neutral factors like incumbency protection and communities of interest suffice. Justice Thomas (joined by Gorsuch) eviscerated the Democrats’ entire racket. He called decades of prior VRA misinterpretations a “disastrous misadventure” that created an unconstitutional “entitlement to roughly proportional representation” by race and divided Americans by skin color in grotesque, state-sponsored segregation.
No American voter - Black, white, or otherwise - has a racial quota on congressional seats. Democrats’ slavery-tinged hysteria collapses the instant it meets actual law. Their outrage exposes the real agenda. They aim to pack the Supreme Court at the first opportunity so future rulings can rubber-stamp race-based power grabs instead of protecting equal protection for every citizen.
Republicans aren’t “attacking Black seats.” They are defending a color-blind republic where candidates must compete for all voters - not engineer districts by DNA. The record stands corrected. Democrats stand exposed as the party of racial division and judicial sabotage.
