Exciting new project for me! Helping the @FossFairyTrail with their website. I love the trail, and it brings me a lot of joy to see all the houses and doors. Can't wait to get this over to WordPress and see what I can do with it.

Due to the forecast horrendous weather we will have to cancel today's Christmas Event. The fairies will be hiding from the storm! So sorry everyone. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and we can get together for an event next year! 🧚‍♀️

We are having a little Christmas event from 4 to 5pm on Saturday 7 December. Children can write a letter to Santa & pop it in a Santa post box. Miss Santa will be there under a lit up gazebo with presents for the children. We will also be raffling off a lovely fairy house 🏠

We had a lovely time at the little Halloween event. Thank you to everyone that joined in! The outfits were amazing!!!! It was lovely to see the children enjoying the catwalk and smashing the pinata!!! 😃😍

It's nearly that time of year! Halloween! Join us for a lit up walk way, fancy dress catwalk, pinata smashing & warm hot chocolate! Activities not suitable for under 5s but they are more than welcome to come along & watch. Thurs 31 October 4pm to 5pm Picnic Area Bring torches

A Community Payback team suffered the rain on Sunday to help tidy the woodland area & build up the deadwood hedging. They remained cheerful to the end! Thank you so much! Always appreciate the work they do. Without them we would really struggle to maintain the trail. 💚

The Fairy Trail has a stall at St Nicks Fayre this Saturday 1-5pm: yorkenvironmentweek.org.uk/events-2022/st…. Pop to see us if you are in coming to the Fayre. We have an activity for children & will be selling various items to support the trail including lit up fairy houses & halloween lanterns.
