💜💪 Meet Len! Last year Len weighed just 9 stone and struggled with reoccurring infections and a lack of appetite. Fast forward a few months with our support and he is now a much healthier 10 stone. Len, his son and his carer, Tamara, are all absolutely over the moon! 👏
