so, as some of you know i applied for governors school before school was cancelled. well, i got an email from the AGS director that said i got in! i will not be able to attend due to COVID-19. this is upsetting but i am proud of myself. 90 people in the state are chosen for this

@GraysonLawrence Absolutely, Lawrence! I actually got this idea when I taught at Smiths. The students have a few guidelines (2 pics-young & “old,” a biopoem, 2 visuals from the poem, and BBCMHS icons). Kids seemed to enjoy it, and I’m proud to start a new tradition at my alma mater.
