@alischwanke I don't because I barely have time now to shower a couple times a week! Lol. I used to locally to find work and now I have enough. But I miss connecting with people. My associations now are job-related FB and LinkedIn pages with people I don't really know.

Do you belong to a professional association? If so, which one and why? As so many communities pop up, curious as to the role of the professional association

It’s ok if you have a personal brand and you’re not monetizing it. In fact, it’s ok to just create good work and share insights with the community without turning it into a side hustle.

@Richmond_Lee The style reminds me of the Johnny Quest cartoon of the 1970s! At the time (I was a teenager), I didn't like it -- too realistic. :)

To me the Record of Lodoss Wars OVA is still peak "High Fantasy." The story and characters are top notch and the art direction my god. It's such an incredible evolution of Western fantasy + real life armor (from Asia too not just Europe) + anime that became its own thing.
