Leadership doesn’t always come from formal titles, it grows through lived experiences, and the courage to challenge injustice. Through the Pehalkar Model, community women leaders are supporting #WomenDomesticWorkers to address issues, support systems. #CommunityLeadership

The sessions focused on building a preliminary understanding of gender, encouraging students to question stereotypes and recognise the importance of equality and respect, while also introducing career opportunities in STEM and other fields.

From 9th to 12th March, the Martha Farrell Foundation in partnership with Aadhar trained 449 students in 7 government schools of Mumbai on career guidance, #gender, and a broader understanding of the Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences (#POCSO) Act, 2012.

On International Women’s Day, Women and Child Development Dept. of the Govt. of Sikkim, organised #IWD2026, “#GiveToGain” event. This event also marked the launch of “WorkplaceSafety” initiative under #SikkimImspires in collaboration with the MFF. For more updates, stay tuned!
