That’s where most coaches get misled.
Out of curiosity — how do you assess actual fat loss vs just scale changes with your clients?

@FoundationMtd Yes, it's good to keep track of it on a weekly basis
But overall body weight is the most arbitrary physique metric ever

Devin came to us with terrible sleep
Scores sitting at 58/100 and he had no idea that was even a problem
He was convinced his fat loss plateau was about food and being “out of it” with training
But the real issue was his body never getting a chance to properly recover
We built him a custom sleep protocol,
Got him off screens an hour before bed,
Dialled in his ideal bedroom temp
And locked in consistent bedtimes (even on weekends)
Sleep scores went from 58 to 92+
Then everything started moving
-22 lbs of fat lost in less than 4 months
-Built lean muscle & strength simultaneously
-Trained only 2 hours a week
-Still ate ice cream & cookie dough
All this while working full time running a real estate business, managing investments and raising 2 kids

Weight alone doesn’t show what’s really going

@modeatawrites It helps, for sure.
But weekly weigh-ins alone can be misleading.
Water, stress, sodium… all affect the scale.
That’s why tracking trends over time matters way more.
