A wakeup call from personal experience My wife SDE at Amazon sits 12+ hours daily during WFH. In 2023, she developed a pilonidal cyst. We thought surgery would fix it. Her 3rd recurrence happened on Dec 31st, 2025. Instead of celebrating New Year, we were in the Hospital. She's still in pain as I write this. But it's not just about pilonidal cysts. No trade is worth losing it. -Stand/walk for 20 mins every hour -Use a standing desk or coccyx cushion -Set phone alarms as reminders -Stretch between sessions -Stay hydrated - Exercise once in 2 days Minimum The market will always be there tomorrow.
