Sorry, but Dharmendra Pradhan’s letter addressed to students reads more like a tale of sacrifice than an acceptance of responsibility. There is no real accountability, no acknowledgement of his failure in handling the alleged NEET paper leak, and no mention of the 20 students who reportedly died by suicide in its aftermath. Resigning is one thing. An apology is another. The country deserves that apology too. @dpradhanbjp
