Keep an eye on the trading volume and price action of $MAGIC and $SMOL. In the rapidly growing AI companion market, these tokens have the potential to grow 100x or more.
1. @Treasure_DAO has been developing an AI companion app using the SMOL IP for over a year—long before Grok’s Ani was launched. The app, called @smolverse, will be released as an iPhone app in early fall, and it’s one of the Web3 dapps I’m most excited about. Cute IP + AI companion + targeting Web2 users.
2. There’s a trustworthy team and their leader, @smoldev__ . I’ve been following them since 2021, and they’ve always worked hard toward their vision while sharing the journey transparently with the community. Recently, they pivoted from their original vision of being a Web3 steam/nintendo to AI companions + AI games, and I’ve seen them charging ahead with more passion than at any time in the past four years.
3. In line with Abstract’s philosophy of Consumer Crypto, they’re migrating to Abstract. $MAGIC and $SMOL will create massive synergy with @AbstractChain . Their AI companion app, Smolverse, is designed to target Web2 users. The path to true consumer adoption is not far off.
4. They’ve hinted at a range of partnerships. Their technology goes beyond simple AI companions—think AI that plays games for you or AI SMOLs autonomously streaming on Abstract. They’ve also recently partnered with the @AxieInfinity ecosystem, and I’m eager to see what comes out of it.
5. $MAGIC is listed on nearly every major exchange and has recently shown high trading volume and price growth. Most of my portfolio is in MAGIC. SMOL, on the other hand, isn’t listed on CEXs like MAGIC and has lower liquidity, but with a market cap around $2M, it has significant room for growth. I hold MAGIC and SMOL in a 9:1 ratio.
According to @ARKInvest, the AI companion market is expected to grow rapidly over the next six years, conservatively reaching $70 billion (ark-invest.com/articles/analy…). If Smolverse succeeds in the market and captures just 1% of that share, it could reach a market cap of $700 million. In that scenario, MAGIC could 100x. Sounds exaggerated? Maybe. But I’d rather dream big.
