@snapchatsupport hi, my son has got a second hand phone that we didn’t know was banned on Snapchat and now his account has been banned on his old phone - how can we gain access to his old account on a new device please?

Error message is ss06 device banned is now showing on both devices. It is not his fault and now his account is banned on both. We will not use the previously banned device but want to unlock his account so he can regain access on his old phone. Please can you help?? Thanks
